TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Run a small, read-only refund check on the email folder or receipts I select. Use the last 90 days unless I give another range. Aim for no more than ten minutes of active investigation where you can track elapsed time; return partial results instead of continuing indefinitely. Login delays and missing records may prevent finishing in that window. Do not promise that money will be found. Start with refund promises, cancellation confirmations followed by charges, duplicate receipts, and cancelled orders. For each candidate, match the merchant, date, amount, currency, payment method, and any later refund confirmation. A missing email alone does not prove that the bank never received a refund. Mark it as needing statement confirmation when necessary. Return one strongest lead, or an honest no-supported-refund result. The visible output is a short checked-records summary, a candidate with evidence if one exists, a draft question or next verification step, and any deadline. Do not inflate the result with ordinary store credits or speculative compensation. Do not send, call, submit, open a dispute, cancel a service, change a refund destination, or ask for broad banking access. If access is blocked after two different attempts, report exactly what is missing. Finish the first pass before suggesting a larger audit. This is a time-boxed check, not a guaranteed refund or service-speed promise. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
