TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Compare transit payment options for my actual commute and planned trips. Use the routes, travel days, number of travelers and payment methods I describe, plus authorized trip history where available. Do not assume another city's fare policy applies. Read the transit agency's current official fares, transfer rules, passes, caps and legitimate reduced-fare eligibility. Verify which services are included, the start and end of a cap period and whether an exact card or device must be used consistently. A physical bank card and its digital-wallet version may be treated differently; check the local rule rather than assuming they combine. Calculate pay-as-you-go, suitable passes and automatic caps against the same trip pattern. Include transfer charges, premium services, card issuance fees and trips that do not count toward a cap. Show a lower-use scenario so an unlimited pass is not recommended merely because it has a large theoretical value. Do not count avoided trips as fare optimization. Return the best practical payment approach, the break-even trip count and the specific habits that preserve eligible benefits. Do not buy a pass, link a card, change a default wallet or enroll in a discount program without approval. Never invent disability, age, income or student eligibility. Keep the report informational and verify charges after an approved change before calling projected savings realized. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
