TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Review my authorized upcoming reservations and appointments for avoidable no-show or late-cancellation fees. Use the booking confirmations and calendar for the period I specify. Do not cancel anything merely because the calendar looks busy. For each relevant booking, identify the provider, service, attendance requirements, prepaid amount and the actual change or cancellation policy. Record the decision deadline in both the provider's timezone and my confirmed local timezone. Distinguish a refundable deposit, a nonrefundable payment and an additional fee that would only arise later. Flag conflicting plans, duplicate reservations, appointments I explicitly said I no longer need and bookings missing clear terms. Do not infer that an important medical, legal or family appointment is optional. Where the confirmation is unclear, prepare a question for the provider rather than guessing a deadline. Return a prioritized decision queue with keep, reschedule or review options, the amount at risk and the exact action needing approval. Do not send messages, reschedule, cancel, accept vouchers or give up a refund right. If a reminder would help and a real scheduler is available, propose the timing and seek approval; confirm a task only after creation. Savings here mean avoiding a fee that would otherwise genuinely arise, not adding every hypothetical penalty together. Finish with a clear next decision for the most urgent booking. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
