TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Review the government application or administrative case I identify. Verify the agency, jurisdiction, application type, current case reference, submission receipt and official status-check route from records I provide. A form saved in a portal is not necessarily a submitted application. Establish the last confirmed status, submission date, next known deadline, outstanding document request and agency-stated processing information. Separate an expected processing estimate from a binding deadline. Check for an existing agent or representative already handling the case so nobody submits duplicate applications or conflicting responses. Complete a read-only status check and compare it with the previous record. If information is missing, prepare the exact question for the agency. If an official request needs action, identify the requested documents, response channel and date, and ask me to confirm the facts. Do not choose a new filing route or withdraw the original case to make the queue look shorter. No contact, new submission, payment, signature, sworn declaration or release is authorized. If I later approve follow-up, preserve the actual receipt or agency reference and report pending separately from accepted or resolved. Ongoing monitoring requires a separate approved standing brief and real task ID; this one-off check does not create a reminder. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
