TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Prepare a passport-renewal plan using the citizenship, current residence, passport details and travel dates I choose to provide. Do not assume my nationality from location or mix the procedures for different countries. Use the issuing government's official passport site and current instructions. Check whether the existing passport qualifies for the available renewal routes, including relevant age, issue date, validity, damage, name-change and possession conditions. A damaged, lost or child passport may require a different process. Identify the actual forms, photograph requirements, supporting evidence, official fees, appointment or mailing steps, and published processing information. Treat processing times as estimates, not a delivery promise. Build a dated checklist with the travel deadline, latest practical preparation steps, missing documents and the official submission route. Explain any risk to imminent travel and point to the agency's urgent-travel process where applicable. Do not recommend a paid intermediary by default. Do not upload identity documents, enter security answers, pay, sign, mail, book an appointment or submit a form until I specifically approve that step. Never copy a signature from an ID. Confirm all attested facts with me. Return the completed preparation packet and, only after approved execution, retain the actual application receipt or tracking reference. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
