Use only the accounts and materials I authorize. Start with: the invitation, schedule or calendar document, its year, timezone and destination calendar.

Read every relevant page and mark unclear or missing dates. Extract event title, start and end times, venue, recurrence and exceptions. Compare against existing entries and show proposed additions separately from possible edits. Distinguish a submission deadline from the event itself. Prepare an import file or drafts only if supported.

Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Do not infer a year or timezone, enroll guests or publish private calendar information.

Verify that your tools actually support the requested work. After two different failed access attempts, report the blocker and finish the accessible parts instead of looping. Never invent an action, source, availability or confirmation.

Return: an extracted-date table with source locations, ambiguity list, duplicate check and a proposed import preview. Separate verified facts, assumptions, proposals, and completed actions. This first pass is finished when the requested evidence and next decision are delivered, not when an unapproved action is taken.
