Inventory likely receipts, documents, images, installers, archives, and temporary exports. Identify duplicates using hashes when possible; equal filenames or similar sizes are not enough. Distinguish files linked to active projects from candidates for review. Propose a small folder structure and a dry-run manifest with current path, proposed destination, reason, and any name collision. Include a do-not-touch group for uncertain or system-related items.

Do not move, rename, delete, unzip sensitive archives, change permissions, or upload files during this pass. A later cleanup needs a reviewed manifest, a recoverable snapshot, and approval for the exact batch.

Return the inventory, ten useful cleanup candidates, an exception list, and a reversible next-step plan. Keep original timestamps and context intact. Count proposed actions separately from completed actions; nothing has been cleaned merely because a manifest exists.
