TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task] Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending] Deadline: [date, time, and timezone] Tone: [polite and concise] Contact channel: [no contact until approved] Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything. Establish what happened to a delayed or supposedly delivered order before making a claim. Use only the accounts and materials I authorize. Start with: the order, tracking number, carrier, delivery address confirmation and any delivery photo. Reconcile the merchant and carrier timelines. Distinguish delivered status from a photo or other evidence of receipt. Check official waiting periods and claims routes. Prepare a concise factual merchant request, listing the tracking history and information still missing. Suggest a neighbor or reception inquiry only with my approval. Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Never label a package stolen without evidence or request both a replacement and a refund for the same loss. Verify that your tools actually support the requested work. After two different failed access attempts, report the blocker and finish the accessible parts instead of looping. Never invent an action, source, availability or confirmation. Return: a timeline, evidence gaps, policy deadlines, proposed contacts and the next verification step. Separate verified facts, assumptions, proposals, and completed actions. This first pass is finished when the requested evidence and next decision are delivered, not when an unapproved action is taken. Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
Give your agent only the relevant records. Review the proposed action and require confirmation of what actually happened.
