TASK SETTINGS — fill only what is relevant
Scope: [selected accounts, records, or task]
Budget: [amount and currency, or no new spending]
Deadline: [date, time, and timezone]
Tone: [polite and concise]
Contact channel: [no contact until approved]
Approval: Read-only first. Ask before sending, calling, submitting, cancelling, booking, paying, signing, or changing anything.

Apply the shared money-saving rules. Review the last 12 months of authorized travel bookings, disruption notices, receipts, unused ticket records, hotel or rental-car bills, and applicable travel-insurance or card-benefit documents.

Look for unpaid cancellation refunds, genuinely unused refundable services, charges for services not supplied, billing errors, and documented reimbursable disruption expenses. Keep travel credits and vouchers separate from cash refunds.

Identify the itinerary, seller, carrier, governing jurisdiction, relevant policy, what travel actually occurred, any alternative accepted, and all payments or compensation already received. Do not assume that every delay produces cash compensation or that U.S. rules apply to every journey.

For each viable case, verify the current official rule or contract, filing deadline, required evidence, and correct recipient. Distinguish a legal entitlement from a goodwill request, and exclude duplicate reimbursement for the same loss.

Prepare up to five claim-ready cases and get approval before submission or external contact. Surface near-term deadlines immediately. Do not cancel future bookings, accept a voucher that gives up a cash refund, sign a release, or upload identity documents without approval.

Deliver exact amounts, evidence, draft requests, case IDs, and a verification step for the eventual payment.

Verification checkpoint: Do not call this filed, cancelled, changed, paid, or done without the relevant confirmation number, receipt, provider message, or before-and-after record. Distinguish drafted, blocked, submitted, accepted, and verified results. A provider promise is not posted money. Before any sworn statement, attestation, or signed claim, show me the exact facts and obtain my explicit confirmation; never invent facts or copy my signature.
