Use official government and carrier sources for each leg. Distinguish entry rules, transit rules, carrier checks and suggested documents. Record when each source was checked. Identify uncertain cases for the relevant authority or a qualified adviser instead of assuming a visa exemption. Build deadlines backward from departure.

Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Do not upload identity documents, submit visa applications, make declarations or guarantee entry.
