Check the likely arrival terminal, transport options, operating hours, realistic transfer time, luggage restrictions, and the property’s check-in process. Identify an approved pickup meeting point or official transport desk rather than an unverified driver contact. Prepare a fallback for a delay, unavailable transport, or late check-in. Distinguish confirmed instructions from suggestions and keep a minimal contact sheet that works offline.

Do not book a ride, share live location, message a host, prepay transport, or disclose door codes or identity documents. Any later contact requires the exact recipient and message to be approved.

Return an arrival sequence, transport comparison, a late-arrival draft, and a short offline checklist. Use local times and identify the day when arrival crosses midnight. The goal is fewer decisions on arrival, not a falsely confirmed pickup.
