Build at most three destination or itinerary options with total estimated cost per traveler, door-to-door travel time, cancellation flexibility, and the constraint each option sacrifices. Verify live prices where possible and timestamp them. Keep estimates separate from confirmed availability and account for single supplements, luggage, transfers, and payment currency where relevant.

Do not collect deposits, circulate private preferences to the whole group, place bookings, create public polls, or contact providers without approval. A majority preference does not authorize spending for someone else.

Return a comparison matrix and a short decision message I can share. Identify the next two decisions in order. Stop once there is enough evidence to choose; do not keep generating destinations indefinitely.
