Make existing receipts easy to find without exposing payment information.

Use only the accounts and materials I authorize. Start with: the authorized email folders or files, date range and purchases I want organized.

Extract merchant, item, purchase date, total and currency, warranty or return deadline when supported. Link to originals and reconcile duplicate emailed and downloaded receipts. Mask full payment details. Keep personal and business purchases separate and mark uncertain classifications for review.

Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Do not alter original receipts, infer tax deductibility or send the index to third parties.

Verify that your tools actually support the requested work. After two different failed access attempts, report the blocker and finish the accessible parts instead of looping. Never invent an action, source, availability or confirmation.

Return: a searchable receipt index, duplicate candidates, missing records and a proposed filing scheme. Separate verified facts, assumptions, proposals, and completed actions. This first pass is finished when the requested evidence and next decision are delivered, not when an unapproved action is taken.
