Use only the accounts and materials I authorize. Start with: the agent product and account settings I authorize you to inspect.

Read the current official privacy and access documentation, then compare the live settings for training, retention, memory, connected accounts and sharing. Identify features that are planned rather than available. Explain what each control does and what it does not guarantee. Prepare changes based on my stated privacy preferences.

Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Do not claim encryption or anonymity beyond documented limits, change settings or export private chats without permission.

Verify that your tools actually support the requested work. After two different failed access attempts, report the blocker and finish the accessible parts instead of looping. Never invent an action, source, availability or confirmation.

Return: a dated settings checklist, official references, residual limitations and a change list for approval. Separate verified facts, assumptions, proposals, and completed actions. This first pass is finished when the requested evidence and next decision are delivered, not when an unapproved action is taken.
