Use only the accounts and materials I authorize. Start with: authorized flight, hotel, rail, activity and restaurant confirmations, plus my timezone and travel preferences.

Extract dates, local times, terminals, locations, confirmation references and cancellation deadlines. Reconcile duplicate or superseded emails. Check gaps between arrival and check-in, transfer time, baggage storage and overlapping plans. Add optional activities only as proposals, not confirmed reservations. Keep each item linked to its source.

Work read-only and prepare drafts first. Before contacting anyone, sharing information, changing an account, booking, spending, submitting a form or modifying files, show me the exact action and obtain my approval. Never publish booking references or travelers’ documents in a shared version. Do not alter any reservation.

Verify that your tools actually support the requested work. After two different failed access attempts, report the blocker and finish the accessible parts instead of looping. Never invent an action, source, availability or confirmation.

Return: a chronological itinerary, a private confirmation index, a redacted shareable version and a short unresolved-decisions list. Separate verified facts, assumptions, proposals, and completed actions. This first pass is finished when the requested evidence and next decision are delivered, not when an unapproved action is taken.
